Information you provide directly

• Account information — your email address when you sign in
• Page content — titles, descriptions, posts, photos, and passwords you create
• Subscriber information — names and email addresses entered by page subscribers when they opt in to notifications
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we receive only a payment confirmation and the email used at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
• Comments — display names and comment text you submit

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and timestamps
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and IP address
• Cookies — we use a session cookie to keep you signed in to a page. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Do Not Track — our Service does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

We collect and use personal information only for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

• To provide and operate the Service
• To send notifications you have opted into
• To process payments and maintain subscription records
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• To comply with applicable law

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the Service
• Send email notifications to page subscribers (only when Sendet Pro is active and the subscriber has opted in)
• Send magic link sign-in emails
• Process payments and maintain subscription records
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising purposes, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

All notification emails include an unsubscribe mechanism in compliance with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act.

Little Warrior Labs LLC acts as the data controller for information associated with user accounts (email addresses, authentication data, and payment records).

For subscriber data collected on pages created by our users, the page owner acts as the data controller for that subscriber data. Page owners are responsible for ensuring they have obtained appropriate consent from any individuals whose email addresses they add or import, and for complying with applicable email and privacy laws with respect to that data.

We act as a data processor for subscriber data on behalf of page owners, processing it only to deliver the notifications and features they have enabled.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers

We work with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service. Each is contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it for the purpose of providing services to us.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights or safety of our users.

Business transfers

If Little Warrior Labs LLC is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days. Please note that some data may persist in encrypted backups or system logs for a limited additional period before being fully purged. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by standard accounting practices.

Subscriber data associated with a page is deleted when the page is deleted by its owner.

Sendet is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our sign-up flow does not collect birth date information; we rely on users' representations that they meet the minimum age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will promptly terminate their account and delete associated personal information. Parents or guardians who believe their child has created an account should contact us at admin@sendet.app for immediate account removal.

All users

• Access & correction — request a copy of your personal information or ask us to correct inaccuracies by emailing admin@sendet.app
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data at any time
• Unsubscribe — every notification email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also manage preferences via the link in each email.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, use, and share; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you; (4) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; (5) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal data for advertising); and (6) non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Other U.S. state residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@sendet.app. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
• Page passwords stored using secure hashing methods — we never store passwords in plain text
• HMAC-signed access tokens for page sessions
• Role-based access controls on our database

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data breach notification. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Pages created on Sendet may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where practicable, by notifying account holders by email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
