Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly

• Account information — your sign-in email, chosen display name, author role, and records of the policy versions you accept and when
• Page content — titles, descriptions, posts, photos, links, and hashed page passwords; content may include health information you choose to share about yourself or someone else
• Subscriber information — names and email addresses entered by page subscribers when they opt in to notifications
• Payment information — Stripe processes payment details. We receive transaction identifiers, the amount and plan purchased, payment status, and the checkout email. We record the policy versions and acceptance time associated with new checkouts. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Comments — display names, comment and reply text, and reactions you submit
• Invitations and support — invited co-author email addresses, invitation status, support messages, and related correspondence

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, page-view counts, and email delivery status or errors
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and IP address
• Cookies — we use authentication and page-access cookies, some of which persist between visits. Browser storage may remember display preferences and previously viewed updates. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Privacy signals — when your browser sends Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, we skip optional analytics and page-view tracking where we control collection.

We collect and use personal information only for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

• To provide and operate the Service
• To deliver requested notifications and necessary account, purchase, invitation, and support messages
• To understand service usage and improve performance
• To process payments and maintain subscription records
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• To comply with applicable law

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the Service
• Send email notifications to page subscribers (only when Sendet Pro is active and the subscriber has opted in)
• Send sign-in emails, co-author invitations, purchase confirmations, and account or support messages
• Record policy acceptance and understand service usage
• Process payments and maintain subscription records
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising purposes, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Subscriber update emails include unsubscribe and preference links. Some account, author, and support notifications provide an email-based opt-out contact instead. Necessary sign-in, payment, and legal notices are distinct from optional update subscriptions.

Little Warrior Labs LLC determines how information is used to operate Sendet, including accounts, payments, security, support, and service analytics. Page owners decide what they post, who they invite, and the page’s access settings. Legal controller or processor responsibilities depend on the activity and applicable law; a personal family page does not automatically make its owner a business data controller.

Subscribers provide their own details through the subscription form. Page authors can access and manage subscriber information through the dashboard. Use that information only for the page and respect subscribers’ choices. Do not submit another person’s information without permission or other lawful authority.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Page participants

Posts, photographs, author display names, comments, and reactions are visible to people who can access the page. Owners may enable password-free reading. Subscriber email links can grant page access, and update emails may contain excerpts. Recipients can forward links, passwords, emails, or copies of content.

Authorized page authors can view subscriber details. Owners can view co-author and invitation email addresses. When someone purchases Pro for a page, we send the owner a notification that may include the purchaser’s checkout email. Buying Pro does not make you an owner or co-author.

Service providers

We work with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service. Their processing is governed by their applicable service agreements and privacy policies. Some providers, including payment processors, also process information for their own legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those requirements continue to apply; use of Sendet alone does not replace them. Sendet currently restricts access from the European Union and United Kingdom.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, copyright complaints, or threats to users’ rights or safety. A copyright report or response may be shared with the other party as needed to handle the dispute.

Business transfers

If Little Warrior Labs LLC is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Sendet is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our sign-up flow does not collect birth date information; we rely on users' representations that they meet the minimum age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will promptly restrict their account and arrange deletion of personal information they submitted, subject to applicable legal requirements. Parents or guardians who believe their child has created an account should contact us at admin@sendet.app to request account removal. Health updates about children posted by an authorized adult are different from children creating accounts or submitting information themselves. Such updates may contain children’s personal information; adults must have appropriate authority to share it. Users under the age of majority must have a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.

All users

• Access & correction — request a copy of your personal information or ask us to correct inaccuracies by emailing admin@sendet.app
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data at any time
• Unsubscribe — subscriber update emails include unsubscribe and preference links. For other optional notifications, use the contact in the message or email admin@sendet.app. Necessary account, payment, and legal messages may still be sent.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Where the CCPA or CPRA applies to our processing of your information, California residents may exercise applicable rights to: (1) know what personal information we collect, use, and share; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you; (4) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; (5) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal data for advertising); and (6) non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Other U.S. state residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@sendet.app. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any available appeal process if we decline a request.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
• Page passwords stored using secure hashing methods — we never store passwords in plain text
• HMAC-signed access tokens for page sessions
• Role-based access controls on our database

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data breach notification. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Pages created on Sendet may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will identify material changes on the Service and update the date above. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice or obtain consent before applying a change. The agreement and checkout screens identify the current policy version. This update does not reduce rights already accrued under earlier commitments.

The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions in Section 14 of the Terms of Service apply to disputes under this Policy to the extent those Terms bind the parties and applicable law permits. This Policy does not impose a separate conflicting court requirement or limit nonwaivable privacy rights or the ability to contact a regulator.
